			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p><a href="/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/c960-copy.png"><img class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-2399" title="c960 copy" src="/wp-content/uploads/2010/07/c960-copy.png" alt="" width="550" height="350" /></a>The <strong>C960 MFC Gas Mixing Software</strong> is customized for specific <span style="text-decoration: underline;"><a href="/animal-and-insect/custom-gas-exchange-animalinsect/g400-gas-mixing-systems/" target="_blank">Gas Mixing System (G400)</a></span>.  Each Gas Mixing system is designed to mix pre-selected gasses at a pre-set mixture with up to 9 different gases per system. The user selects the gasses, required concentrations and the total flow rate throught the system and the software does the rest.</p>
<p>As part of <strong>C960 MFC Gas Mixing software</strong> the calibrations for each mass flow controller are supplied for specific gas.  Each mass flow controller has accuracy of 0.2% of full scale, or 0.8% of reading, whichever is greater.  The software provides a checking function for the set gas mixture.  This function looks for errors in the requested gas mixture.  The software will not execute the gas mixture in presence of errors.</p>

<p> In Open Flow Mode the <strong>G244 Gas Switcher</strong> takes gas from all 8 sample chambers, selects one line for analysis and vents the other lines to the atmosphere. The gas is then either selected for analysis or vented to the atmosphere. In Stop Flow Mode, the switcher seals the sample chambers for a user-defined period. The chambers are then flushed sequentially for gas analysis to provide time-integrated measurements of gas exchange rates. Plumbing the system for either mode is fast and easy.</p>
<p>The <a href="http://qubitsystems.com/animal-and-insect/custom-gas-exchange-animalinsect/c950-mc-gas-exchange-software/" target="_blank"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">C950 Gas Exchange Software</span> </a>controls the G244 Gas Switcher, allowing any channel to be chosen for analysis in any sequence at  user defined frequency. Switching between reference and sample channels results in easy tracking and correction for any incidence of baseline drift. The Gas Switchers can be purchased with optional C250 Gas Switcher Software for stand-alone use. <p><strong>ZGMS-150 Gas Mixing System</strong> can produce precise mixtures of up to 4 different gasses.   This system was designed for use with <a href="/algae-and-bacteria/photosynthesis-respiration-algae-bacteria/z150-photobioreactor/" target="_blank"><span style="text-decoration: underline;">Z150 Photobioreactor</span></a> . The flows of the individual input gases are measured by thermal mass flow meters and adjusted by integrated mass flow controllers.</p>
<p>The <strong>ZGMS150 Gas Mixing System</strong> mass flow meters and controllers can operate gas flows ranging from few mL/min to tens of L/min. Typically, the controllers of ZGMS-150 operate in the lowest range 0-8 mln/min and in the highest range 0-2500 ml/min. ZGMS- 150 is typically used to control flow of air, carbon dioxide, and nitrogen. Additional gases like nitrogen dioxide, carbon monoxide, methane, ammonia and others can also be added to simulate various technological mixtures or smokestack gasses.</p>
<p>Before the exit connector, the gas mixture is thoroughly homogenized. The input and output gas connectors are of Prestolok type allowing fast and secure connection to a variety of tubes.</p>
