For monitoring and regulation of pH or pCO2 in sea and fresh water.

D207 System is used to monitor and regulate water pH or pCO2 in sea and fresh water!

This automated feedback system will determine pCO2 indirectly as water pH, and regulate pCO2 or pH to a level set by the user. The user-friendly windows software makes it possible to monitor calibrated values for pH and pCO2 in a real-time semi log plot (log pCO2 vs. pH), and control either to set point levels automatically.

With optional accessories this system will also regulate water temperature or pH/pCO2 in up to four different tanks or aquaria.

Applications range from studies of ocean acidification, water chemistry, effects of hypercapnia in aquatic organisms, and normocapnic control in recirculated or closed tanks and aquaria.

Included:

WTW pH 3310 SET incl. SenTix 41-3 probe, buffers, suitcase and USB cable

Features:

pCO2 is monitored indirectly as water pH, and regulated by injection of 100% CO2 gas or air

A pH 3310 instrument and probe from German WTW is connected to your pc via USB

User-friendly software for Windows, allows you to calibrate, graph, record and regulate water pH or pCO2 values to pre set values, e.g. for normocapnic or hypercapnic control

USB instrument with build-in digital relays, complete with a solenoid valve and fittings, will control injection of CO2 gas or other gasses

The relationship between pCO2 and pH is obtained by measuring pH in water equilibrated with two different pCO2 partial pressures, e.g. use a gas mixing pump (Woesthoff) or special lab gases

This single-channel temperature system includes everything needed to monitor and control water temperature. The instrument’s analog output allow for temperature data acquisition.

A large display, two digital relays for valve control, menu-driven settings and an analog output for data acquisition, makes this system user friendly and well suited for a range of lab applications.

Example – Cold water control. The temperature set point value is compared with measured values. If the temperature is higher than the set point value the digital relay activates the pump which flushes cold water through a stainless steel coil inside the ambient water tank. When the temperature reaches the set-point, the pump is turned off.

The D202 Oxygen Regulation System is a complete system that will monitor and regulate oxygen saturation in sea or fresh water, e.g. for normoxic, hyperoxic or hypoxic control in fish tanks, aquariums etc.

A large display, two digital relays for valve control, menu-driven settings and an analog output for data acquisition, makes this system user friendly and well suited for a range of lab applications.

Example – Hypoxic control. The oxygen set point value is compared with measured values. If the oxygen saturation is higher than the set point value the digital relay activates the solenoid valve to open for injection of nitrogen gas (gas bottle not included).

System Includes:
