Use any camera system to record digital (.avi) video files. Tracking principle:
Operates on the principle of contrast (color or b/w), i.e. the object to be tracked is placed against a contrasting background and the software assigns a x, y coordinate pair to the centroid of the contrasting object.

As part of C960 MFC Gas Mixing software the calibrations for each mass flow controller are supplied for specific gas.  Each mass flow controller has accuracy of 0.2% of full scale, or 0.8% of reading, whichever is greater.  The software provides a checking function for the set gas mixture.  This function looks for errors in the requested gas mixture.  The software will not execute the gas mixture in presence of errors.

The C950 Multi-Channel Gas Exchange Software is designed for automated measurements of gas exchange (i.e. CO2,  O2, H2 etc) in biological samples and it works together with the MCGES – Multichannel Gas Exchange System. The C950 software measures gas flow through sample chambers and other parameter such as temperature of the samples or gas, pressure and gas concentrations.  The different channels are set up in parallel in sets of 8.  The C950 software collects measurements from appropriate gas analyzers or sensors as set up in the gas exchange systems and allows data acquisitions i.e. pCO2 and pO2 supplied to the sample chambers and the pCO2 and pO2 in the effluent gas from the chambers. From these data the gas exchange rates of the samples, are calculated and corrected (if required) to a user-defined settings i.e. temperature (Q10) and RQ/PQ values.

The C950 Multichannel Gas Exchange Software also provides a real-time graphical display of the data and saves data in coma delimited files that can be opened with Excel or other spreadsheet programs.

Minimum computer requirements:

• Screen resolution is best set at 1600 or greater and 32 bit.

Other components required:

• A data acquisition junction box that receives the cables from all instruments and assigns these to specific channels for communication with the computer via a ribbon cable.
